As the former corporate chef for Brick Oven in Provo, he introduced a variety of new dishes to the menu, showcasing his creativity and expertise. Notably, he catered for Robert Redford's private parties at Sundance ski resort for seven consecutive years, including the film Institute, weddings and events of all sizes.
